Facilitate clinical and psychoeducational groups and conduct recovery-oriented individual sessions for adults in residential treatment. Perform intake assessments and collaborate with case management and interdisciplinary teams to support client care.

Experience facilitating group-based programming strongly preferred. Experience using electronic medical record (EMR) systems for clinical documentation. Knowledge / Skills Strong group facilitation and engagement skills. Familiarity with 12-step recovery programs and recovery-oriented frameworks. Solid clinical documentation practices. De-escalation and basic crisis intervention skills. Clear verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively within a structured residential treatment environment. Working Conditions Direct care clinical position within a residential treatment setting providing services across ASAM levels 3.5, 3.1, and 2.5. Role is primarily group-based, with scheduled recovery-oriented individual sessions and intake assessments. Full-time scheduling aligned with residential programming needs.
