The Expectation Part-time is 48 billable hours per month (~12/week), measured monthly, not weekly.
A month absorbs the ordinary rhythm of clinical work: a heavy week, a school vacation, a run of cancellations.
As a lot of our clients are school-aged, we need afternoon and evening availability.
Once you have an established caseload, you build your schedule.
Many of our clinicians blend in-office and telehealth days.

What You'll Do Individual therapy for children/adolescents with family involvement; assessments and treatment plans; evidence-based, trauma-informed care; crisis response; collaboration with schools and pediatricians; documentation on paid time.
