Market context
Michigan employers commonly seek LPNs and RNs for 12-hour first and third shift coverage, especially when facilities need consistent bedside staffing across extended hours. These roles can be competitive because candidates must already hold a current Michigan nursing license and meet screening requirements, while benefits such as PTO, insurance, and a 401k can help offset schedule demands. Review the AI-summarized requirements and benefits here to save time, then confirm your license status, transportation, and shift availability before applying.
