We are seeking a Occupational Therapist to join our team in the Utah County area.

An occupational therapist (OTR) will implement treatment plans to assist clients of all ages with cognitive, neurological, physical, sensory, feeding, activities of daily living, and/or social/emotional functioning by developing and administering occupational therapy services in the home and community settings.

Amazing Care Home Health offers specialized therapy services that differ from other home health providers.

At AmazingCare we give you the freedom to build a weekly schedule as you see fit with as many or as few visits as you would like alongside your preferred days of the week.

Key Responsibilities: Provides compassionate and high-quality care that meets the needs of the client and family by performing evaluations and interpreting assessment results, developing a plan of care including skilled interventions and goals appropriate to the client's needs, and creating and implementing occupational therapy treatment plans in conjunction with the physician.

Assists pediatric and adult patients to develop or regain cognitive, neurological, physical, sensory, feeding, activities of daily living, and/or social/emotional functioning and improves their level of independence and quality of life.

Coordinates care with referring physician and other health care organizations and personnel to ensure safe, appropriate, and effective care for the client.

Instructs client, family/caregiver, and other organization health care personnel in the client's treatment plan as indicated.

Identifies client and family/caregiver needs for other services and refers as appropriate.

Prepares and submits documentation per organization policy.

Maintains clinical competency in the theory and practice of occupational therapy.

Mileage provided for commuting between patient visits Schedule: Part-Time Days ,10-20 visits per week A master's or doctoral degree in occupational therapy (OT) NBCOT Certification Occupational Therapist (OT) License in the state of Utah Active BLS certification Valid driver's license and auto insurance A minimum of 1-year clinical experience in occupational therapy is preferred, but not required Comprehensive Health Coverage: Medical, dental, and vision insurance options to support your overall health and well-being.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a master's or doctoral degree in occupational therapy, NBCOT certification, and a Utah state license. Active BLS certification, a valid driver's license, and auto insurance are also required.
