Adventure Dental, Vision, & Orthodontics in Lakewood, CO, is currently seeking an Optometrist to provide preventive and restorative eye care for all patients, diagnosing and treating vision-related symptoms, as well as instructing staff on how to assist in patient treatment. This position will report to the Vice President of Optometric Services.
Pay range: $140K-$160K/yr
In addition to the job description, you will be asked to perform other duties that support the business and our mission.
Must hold a state optometry license in good standing and have a strong interest in pediatric care. Ability to maintain a Medicaid Provider number and NPI number is required.
