As a Virtual Float Advanced Practice Clinician (APC), you are a flexible capacity anchor and coverage partner for our longitudinal care pods. You do not carry a permanent, dedicated patient panel. Instead, you step into other providers' panels to deliver high-quality virtual care during their absences, working frequently alongside an in-home Health Advocate.
To ensure clinical continuity and smooth operational handoffs, each part-time clinician in this pool allocates a designated, set number of hours per week specifically to inbox management, urgent clinical triage, and results follow-up for the covered panels.

Requires an active NP or PA license in MI, MA, or CO, along with DEA registration and BLS certification. Candidates must have at least 3 years of experience in adult primary care, family medicine, urgent care, or emergency medicine.
