Pay Range

$34.21 - $51.31 A successful candidate's actual pay rate will be based on several factors including relevant experience, skills, training, certifications and education. HSHS St. Elizabeth's Hospital is seeking a Cardiovascular Invasive Technologist to join our dedicated Cardiac Cath Lab team. Cardiovascular Invasive Technologists play an essential role in supporting physicians during invasive and diagnostic/interventional cardiac, vascular, neuro, and electrophysiology procedures while helping deliver safe, high-quality patient care.

Position Specifics

  • Schedule: Full-time, 40 hrs a week. Includes three mandatory day shifts per month supporting the Cath Lab, plus night, weekend, and holiday call responsibilities.

Education Qualifications Associates degree in radiologic technology, allied health, applied science or completion of certificate/training program is required.

Experience Qualifications 2 years of experience working in a cath lab or special procedures radiologic technologist role is required.

Cross-trained and able to rotate to perform at least three (3) functional skill sets as delegated in any diagnostic or interventional case type performed.

Certifications, Licenses and Registrations Licensed Radiographer in the state of practice is required.

Certification as a Registered Radiologic Technologist (RT(R)) by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) is required.

Basic Life Support (BLS) is required.

Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) is required.

Requirements

Requires an associate degree in radiologic technology or allied health and at least 2 years of experience in a cath lab or special procedures role. Must hold ARRT certification, state licensure, BLS, and ACLS certifications.
