As a Child and Adolescent Intake Therapist at Blackbird Health, you'll play an essential role in delivering high-quality intake evaluations and ongoing therapy to children, adolescents, and young adults. You'll build meaningful connections with patients and families from the very start of their care journey, conducting thorough clinical assessments, developing individualized care plans, and providing consistent, high-quality ongoing treatment. You'll collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to ensure every patient receives seamless, whole-child care from their first session through their entire care journey. This remote role supports our patients' needs for afterschool, evening and weekend sessions. We are offering a sign on bonus for our founding providers. Must be independently licensed as a LCPC, LCMFT, LCSW-C, or PsyD/PhD in Virginia. Requires at least one year of experience in telehealth and working with pediatric/adolescent populations.
