Claxton Dietetic Solutions, LLC is seeking a Registered Dietitian to provide clinical nutrition services in the long-term care/rehabilitation setting. This interim position is expected to be approximately 8-16 hours per week, with an anticipated start date in mid-September 2026 and a duration of 10–12 weeks. Additional PRN opportunities may be available following the interim assignment, if desired. Key Responsibilities Conduct nutrition assessments and documentation Complete MDS assessments and care plans Monitor weights and nutrition risk Participate in nutrition at-risk meetings Perform meal rounds and sanitation audits Onsite visits completed during weekdays
