Make a Difference Community Health Network has an excellent opportunity available on the Center for Advanced Heart Care team located within Community Heart and Vascular Hospital.

The Registered Nurse-Ambulatory functions as a member of the physician practice team, conducting duties such as phone triage, scheduling appointments, nurse protocols, patient education, prescription refill, completing FMLA/STD paperwork, and other related tasks as needed.

Exceptional Skills and Qualifications Graduate of a NLN, ACEN or CCNE accredited nursing program, or three years related professional nursing experience Licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid license to practice in the state of Indiana as listed in the Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) At least one year of nursing experience required, preferably in cardiology Previous medical office/outpatient experience and Electronic Medical Record (EMR) experience preferred

Requirements

Candidates must be a licensed RN in Indiana or via the Nurse Licensure Compact with at least one year of nursing experience. A degree from an accredited nursing program and experience in cardiology or outpatient settings is preferred.
