Owned and operated by Associated Medical Professionals and Colo-Rectal Associates surgeons, the brand-new free-standing center provides outpatient Urology, Colo-Rectal, and Endoscopy procedural care.

Description The Procedure/circulating RN provides nursing care while the surgery/procedure is in progress, with a focus on patient safety.
Prior to the procedure, the RN reviews patient medical information for completion, to include history and physical and consent for the procedure.
The RN prepares/gathers necessary supplies, instrumentation, and equipment prior to the procedure and completes room management between procedures (turn over activities).
The RN completes all intraoperative care documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR).
Patients are minimally 14 years of age

Graduation from an accredited program and active New York State Registered Nurse license required. Position requires BLS certification upon hire. Interested candidates can transition to, or cross cover other specialties, including Pre-Surgical (Prep) RN and Recovery Room RN skillsets as the center continues to complete position hiring. Work Hours The Center is seeking candidates who can start work at 0700 am. We are recruiting for both part-time and full-time positions. Monday through Friday, closed on Holidays and weekends.
