As a Recruiter at Devereux, you will play a crucial role in identifying and attracting top talent to join our organization.
This position involves collaborating with the Devereux Florida programs to meet staffing needs and enhance our employee value proposition.
You’ll develop comprehensive sourcing strategies, manage recruitment processes, and contribute to our strategic planning efforts.
As the Recruiter, you will: Lead the full-cycle recruiting process, creating and managing job requisitions and candidate pipelines through our applicant tracking system (iCIMS).
Identify and engage top talent by reviewing applications, conducting in-depth phone interviews, and partnering closely with hiring managers to deliver exceptional candidates.
Create an outstanding candidate experience by coordinating interviews, communicating throughout the hiring process, and ensuring a seamless journey from application to offer.
Manage pre-employment and offer processes, ensuring all documentation is completed accurately and efficiently.
Build strong community partnerships by establishing relationships with local colleges, universities, professional organizations, and attending career fairs and networking events.
Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, providing recruiting expertise and market insights to help drive business success.

$28.85/ hr - $33.43/ hr Working Hours: 8:00am – 4:30pm Work Location: This position is hybrid and will split time at home/office/programs/events. Experience: High School diploma or equivalent.
Requires a High School Diploma or GED and must be at least 21 years of age with a valid driver's license. One year of human service experience is preferred.
