We have 112 beds in six separate living areas, and we have been blessed to continue to have a high census! We are committed to high staffing ratios ensuring that you are able to provide the best care possible. Our staff chose to move to 12-hour shifts to provide a better balance between work and home life. Our employee teams consistently work together so you get to know your teammates as well as you know your residents. We also offer a wide variety of benefits for our employees to choose from. 12-hour shifts Every other weekend off work Current CNA in Texas or in process of transfer to Texas Patience, empathetic, caring for seniors with dementia. We are a faith-based, non-profit company, so all the money paid by our residents is spent right here in our facility. We average between 70-75% of our revenue is spent on wages and benefits for our employees. Full-time employees have access to a wide range of benefits.
