Responsible for scanning documents into patient charts and maintaining the security and accuracy of electronic health records. Provides general clerical support and receptionist backup coverage as needed.

The names of all prospective employees are cleared through the Texas Department of Public Safety to determine the existence of such records. Falsification of the application for employment is grounds for dismissal. Ask the personnel office for further information. For insurance purposes, driving records will be checked on all employees that are required to drive as stated in their position description. If an employee is determined to be uninsurable, employment may be dismissed.
