We are a multi-doctor, small animal/exotic hospital with a sister location in South Lyon. Our team is happy-go-lucky, supportive and always ready to help each other out. We believe in work-life balance, flexibility, and teamwork! About Us- Three Hospitals, One Team Our Medical Director and owner, Dr. Burns, is one of the few veterinarians in the area with specialized skills in treating aquatic animals. While this isn’t part of the services provided at Walled Lake, his unique expertise highlights the depth of knowledge and leadership that guide our hospital.

Responsibilities

As a Licensed Veterinary Technician, your duties will include: Assisting veterinarians during patient exams, treatments, and surgeries. Administering medications, vaccinations, and therapeutic treatments. Performing diagnostic tests, including radiography, bloodwork, and urinalysis. Monitoring anesthesia and providing post-operative care. Conducting dental cleanings and using digital dental radiography. Educating clients on preventive care, treatment plans, and post-care instructions. Maintaining accurate patient records and ensuring a clean, organized clinic environment.
