Non-Exempt / Hourly Compensation: from 18.351/hour and $32.515/hour (depending on credentials, experience, etc.) Job Duties: Manage a caseload and provide treatment services to adolescents, adults, and families. Conduct intakes and assessments and make appropriate treatment recommendations. Conduct individual sessions to provide substance abuse treatment, education, support, and advocacy. Facilitate group therapy. Maintain ongoing contact with the clients’ family members and/or significant others when appropriate. Provide crisis intervention services as needed. Participate, collaboratively, as a member of the program’s multidisciplinary team. Develop and maintain positive relationships with referral sources and collaterals. Maintain documentation as per OASAS standards within allotted time frame. Maintain client confidentiality as per 42 C.F.R. Part 2 (Substance Abuse Records) and 45 C.F.R. Parts 160 &164 (HIPAA). Be familiar with and adhere to current agency policies and procedures. Adhere to the CASAC Canon of Ethical Principles (see attached). Other duties as assigned. CASAC-T, CASAC, LMSW or LMHC required. Limited permit accepted. A minimum of 2 years’ experience in substance abuse counseling and experience with multiple age groups and various treatment modalities required.
