As an On-Call RN, you will be responsible for providing quality care to our patients in the evenings. Primary functions are to administer nursing care for patients of all ages in their place of residence and to coordinate care with the Interdisciplinary team, patients, families, and referring agency. Assumes the responsibility for, and participates in, the coordination of care.
Current State RN license. Current driver’s license. Current CPR Certification.
Two (2) years' experience as a Nurse in a clinical care setting and one (1) year full-time hospice preferred.
Nursing skills as defined as generally accepted standards of practice. Knowledge of state and federal regulations. Ability to work independently and make sound decisions. Strong attention to detail and organizational habits. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Good interpersonal skills.
Reliable transportation and valid auto liability insurance.
