Provide personal care assistance including bathing, grooming, and hygiene support Assist clients with mobility, transfers, and ambulation as needed Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding when necessary Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a safe and clean environment Offer companionship and emotional support to clients and their families Monitor and report changes in client health or behavior to supervisors Assist with medication reminders and follow individualized care plans
