We’re looking for kind-hearted, dedicated individuals to join our ‘ohana as Direct Support Professionals (DSPs).
In this meaningful role, you’ll provide support and guidance to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in a residential setting.

What You’ll Do Support residents with daily living activities such as personal care, meal preparation, and medication assistance Offer encouragement, emotional support, and genuine companionship Accompany residents on community outings and fun recreational activities Help build skills in communication, social interaction, and self-care Create and maintain a safe, clean, and nurturing home environment Document resident progress and communicate needs or concerns with care and professionalism Work alongside healthcare providers, families, and team members to develop and follow individualized care plans What You Bring High school diploma or GED Experience in caregiving or human services is a plus (but we’re happy to train the right person!) Strong communication and people skills Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed A compassionate, patient, and dependable spirit Ability to pass a background check CPR/First Aid and Medication Certification (training provided) Valid driver’s license with reliable, insured, and registered transportation
