How will you make an impact & Requirements KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Clinical Patient Care Travel to assigned clinics throughout the region to provide direct clinical support based on operational needs, patient volumes, and clinical pathway initiatives.
Room patients, obtain and document vital signs, review medication and health history information, and prepare patients for examinations and procedures.
Perform patient outreach, follow-up activities, documentation updates, order preparation, referral coordination, and other care pathway-related tasks.
Support implementation and adherence to standardized clinical pathways and best practices across multiple outpatient locations.
