  • You will: Travel to patient locations to deliver safe, timely, and skilled nursing care Provide compassionate care while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team Assess patients and update care plans to support optimal outcomes Administer and monitor medications as prescribed by physicians Supervise LPNs and Home Health Aides as needed Communicate patient status changes to physicians and supervisors promptly Complete accurate and timely documentation in compliance with regulations Benefits and Perks for You! Qualifications

Graduate of an accredited nursing school with current licensure to practice in state of operation Current, unrestricted RN registration and license in all assignment states required One year nursing experience required, 3+ years preferred Experience in hospice or a similar setting preferred Ability to work effectively in an ever-changing environment Knowledge of the hospice philosophy of care Commitment to clinical and documentation excellence Valid driver's license, acceptable driving record, and proof of car insurance in accordance with company policy and the state of employment Active CPR certification About our Line of Business Hospice Home Care, an affiliate of BrightSpring Health Services, focuses on providing hospice care to local patients and their families. Requirements

Requires a graduate of an accredited nursing school with a current, unrestricted RN license in all assignment states and active CPR certification. At least one year of nursing experience is required, with three or more years and hospice experience preferred.
