About the role

Manage resident admissions, discharges, and provide high-quality nursing care including wound treatment in a senior living environment. Supervise support staff and coordinate with interdisciplinary teams to update care plans and deliver physician-ordered treatments.

Admission Nurse

Hiring

Full-time, 12-hour shifts, every other weekend excluding Sundays, alternating Fridays/Saturdays.

Sign-on Bonus

$12,500 - $15,000

Retention Bonus: $5,000 annually

LPN wage

$29.50-$34.00/hr (includes shift differentials)

RN wage

$34.00–$38.50/hr (includes shift differentials)

  • Treatment & Wound Care when needed
  • Provide high‑quality nursing care in a senior living environment
  • Supervise Quality of Life Specialists/Resident Assistants
  • Support a warm, hospitality‑driven, resident‑centered community
  • Key Responsibilities
  • Resident ADL Support — Assist with daily living activities and encourage independence
  • Care Plan Management — Identify changes, update plans, reassess residents
  • Clinical Reporting — Provide daily updates to Director of Health Services
  • Nursing Care Delivery — Administer care per physician orders
  • Interdisciplinary Coordination — Ensure preventative, therapeutic, and rehabilitative services
