• Position
• Purpose: Nurses in the Pre-op and PACU department care for patients before and after their surgical procedure. In our Operating Room at Chelsea, more than 5,000 inpatient and outpatient surgeries are performed annually in the fields of gynecology, orthopedics, ophthalmology, general surgery, otorhinolaryngology, podiatry, plastic surgery, and spine surgery. The Registered Nurse Provides quality patient centered care considering age specific, developmental, cultural and spiritual needs through competent clinical practice and application of the nursing process. They consistently integrate concepts of relationship-based care into practice and serves as a clinical and educational resource to others on the unit.

• Available: Part time, benefit eligible (48 hours per pay period – every two weeks) On call requirement – must be within 45 minutes of hospital when on call Required Qualifications Requires current Michigan Nursing License ICU and/or Prep/PACU experience preferred.
