We are looking for passionate, dedicated individuals who meet the following minimum qualifications and can contribute to a supportive environment for our residents:
Complete all required training as outlined during orientation and by leadership within established timelines for continued employment.
Lived Experience: Personal lived experience with recovery from mental health or substance use disorders is valued in our setting. Patient Care Experience: Preference for candidates with documented experience assisting patients with activities of daily living (e.g. home health or residential experience). Mental Health Experience: Prior experience in a mental health care setting is highly valued.
