The Direct Support Professional provides direct care, support, and advocacy to assigned consumers in the community. Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following, community integration, volunteer activities, recreational, and activities of daily living.
This position works to implement the home and community services which includes rehabilitative and therapeutic activities to assist consumers to achieve successful outcome/goals
Payrate: $17/hr
Schedule: PRN

Candidates must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver's license. A high school diploma and experience working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities are preferred.
