This is a great opportunity for a cross-trained technologist looking for flexible PRN hours while supporting a collaborative imaging team.

The MRI/CT Technologist performs high-quality MRI and CT examinations while ensuring patient safety, comfort, and exceptional customer service. The technologist works closely with radiologists and clinical staff to provide accurate diagnostic imaging in accordance with physician orders and established protocols.
Perform MRI and CT procedures according to physician orders and department protocols. Verify patient identity, imaging orders, and required documentation before each exam. Screen and position patients appropriately for MRI and CT procedures. Monitor patients throughout their exams and provide a safe, comfortable experience. Administer contrast media as ordered and in accordance with company policies and regulatory guidelines. Produce high-quality diagnostic images while following established quality standards. Maintain MRI and CT equipment and report any operational concerns. Follow all MRI safety, radiation safety, infection control, and regulatory requirements. Maintain a clean and organized imaging environment. Collaborate with radiologists, technologists, and support staff to ensure efficient patient care.
Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program. Current ARRT certification. ARRT certification in Computed Tomography (CT). ARRT certification in Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MR) or current ARMRIT certification. Current CPR certification, if required by state or company policy. Strong communication, organizational, and patient care skills. Must be a graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program with current ARRT certifications in CT and either MR or ARMRIT. Current CPR certification and strong communication skills are also required.
