Integrated MSK Care Provider (Part-Time) California Licensed | Remote | 1099 Contractor Help Transform Musculoskeletal Care PeteDME is expanding our Integrated MSK Care program and is seeking experienced California-licensed Physician Assistants and Nurse Practitioners to join our growing clinical team. This is a flexible, part-time opportunity that allows you to complement your existing practice while helping improve outcomes for patients with musculoskeletal conditions. Our model combines clinical evaluation, physical therapy, custom orthopedic bracing, and Remote Therapeutic Monitoring (RTM) to provide patients with a comprehensive conservative care pathway. About This Role As an Integrated MSK Care Provider, you'll work alongside our clinical team to evaluate appropriate patients and support evidence-based conservative treatment plans. YOU MUST WORK AS AN INDEPENDENT ENTITY, NOT FOR AN AGENCY TO QUALIFY.
Perform clinical evaluations for patients with musculoskeletal conditions. Determine when patients may benefit from conservative treatment options, including custom orthopedic bracing. Collaborate with physical therapists as part of an integrated care model. Review documentation and ensure clinical appropriateness. Utilize electronic medical record systems to document patient encounters. Participate in our Remote Therapeutic Monitoring (RTM) program when appropriate. Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care while maintaining clinical independence.
Active, unrestricted California Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner license. Active Individual National Provider Identifier (NPI). Experience evaluating and managing musculoskeletal conditions. Ability to make independent clinical decisions. Comfortable collaborating with physical therapists and interdisciplinary care teams. Experience using electronic medical record systems.
