About the role

Provide behavioral health care and therapy to patients across the entire lifespan, with a specific focus on pediatrics. Responsibilities include assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, and collaboration with care teams using telehealth and documentation tools.

  • Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)/Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
  • Pediatric Focused - Texas College Station, Texas | Full-Time Peregrine Health partners with community health organizations to expand access to high-quality behavioral health care, delivered by supported, full-time clinicians. We are seeking an LCSW/LPC who is certified or has experience in Play Therapy to work onsite at our College Station clinic. Training opportunities are available for those who are interested in obtaining skills in Play Therapy. It is important that this person be comfortable treating not only children, but across the lifespan as well, including adolescents, adults, and geriatric populations. What We’re Looking For Active Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license OR Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC); must have an active and unrestricted license in Texas (Required) Experience in Play Therapy (Preferred) Play Therapy Certificate (Preferred) 3+ years of clinical experience (community mental health, integrated care, or similar settings preferred) Comfort providing therapy independently treating patients throughout the lifespan within a supported care model Strong clinical judgment in assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning Clear, professional communication and collaboration with care teams Comfort using telehealth platforms and clinical documentation tools Commitment to full-time work and continuity of care Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary Full medical, dental, and vision coverage 20 PTO days + 9 paid holidays 401(k) with employer match Malpractice coverage Continuing education support $1,800 per year toward mental health care $5,000 fertility care stipend Full administrative, licensing, and credentialing support

Requirements

Must hold an active and unrestricted LCSW or LPC license in Texas. Requires 3+ years of clinical experience, with a preference for certification or experience in Play Therapy.
