Perform professional duties using high frequency sound waves for ultrasonic diagnosis under the direction of a Radiologist. Produce and evaluate medical images and related data to assist physicians in rendering diagnoses.
Ultrasound Technologist at St Mary Medical Center-Apple Valley. This position is Per Diem and will work 12-hour Variable Shifts.
Under the direction of the Radiologist and Lead Sonographer, and with latitude for independent judgment, performs all the professional duties involved in the utilization of high frequency sound waves for ultrasonic diagnosis at the technical level. Acts in compliance with federal, state and regulatory standards. Produces and evaluates images and related data to be used by physicians to render medical diagnosis. Performs related clerical tasks and assumes responsibility for coordinating exams performed.

The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors.
