• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree or equivalent from an accredited veterinary school.
• Active veterinary license in Michigan or eligibility to obtain one.
• Prior experience in a clinical setting, particularly with exotic species, is highly valued. New graduates with a strong interest in small animal or exotic pets will also be welcomed.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds, stand for extended periods, and perform tasks that require manual dexterity and coordination.
• Proficiency with veterinary software systems, digital radiography, and standard medical equipment. Familiarity with practice management software is advantageous.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients, staff, and colleagues.
