The Mobile Phlebotomist is responsible for setting up blood drives and performing blood draws while ensuring a comfortable experience for donors. They are also tasked with managing accurate donor information and greeting participants.

We're hiring immediately, and we will train you! Whether you are just starting your career, or have some phlebotomy experience, we're here to help you leverage the extensive phlebotomy training provided, develop your talents, and perform at your best. Your impact as a Mobile Phlebotomist is vital. You will assist Vitalant's donor care team in setting up blood drives at locations withing a 200-mile range while creating comfortable, convenient, and consistent blood donation experiences for our donors. Every day you will help save lives and have a vital impact on your community. What to Expect: Schedule: Monday - Friday, Occasional Weekends & holidays. Including 5 to 12 overnight stays per month (All Expenses: hotel room and food Paid by the company). Base pay: $17.09 - 18.27 Other compensation: 5% mobile premium Start Date: 9/14/2026 Training Information: 10-week Paid Mandatory Training program - 100% attendance required. Monday - Thursday with occasional Friday 7:00am -5:30pm; for classroom training and then field training follows the mobiles.
