The technician is responsible for the decontamination, cleaning, inspection, assembly, and sterilization of reusable surgical instruments. They also prepare surgical case carts and manage the restocking of supplies for the surgery department.
High School Diploma or equivalent is required. Completion of CRCST or CSPDT certification preferred. Prior experience in a hospital setting preferred.
