  • Range: $18.53 - $31.99 HourlyInternal LRH RNs are also welcome to apply! The Dermatology PCT, MA, or LPN will provide patient-centered care and assignments for patients under the direct supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the clinic.
  • Tasks that are delegated to the incumbent may include: Recording vital statistics and other basic data collection Administer basic health care and medical treatments Select point of care testing and/or collection of non-invasive specimen collection Clean and stock treatment and/or exam rooms Prepare patient treatment areas for use Prepare and clean medical equipment Perform clerical work related to scheduling and documenting patient healthcare Adheres to and promotes the established values of the organization Strong communication, customer service, multi-tasking, and organizational skills are needed on a daily basis. Hours/Shifts 64 hours biweekly, day shifts Compensation Please note that final compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications and internal equity considerations.

Current Healthcare Provider level CPR certification upon hire or must be obtained within six months. Successful completion of the pre-employment health screening. Performs delegated clinical and administrative tasks under the supervision of a licensed provider or nurse in accordance with established protocols, competencies, and organizational policies.

Reliable attendance and ability to work at the clinic site as scheduled, including travel to other clinic sites.
  • Licensure/Certification: Current Minnesota LPN Licensure CPR Certificate Ability to communicate effectively in English, both orally and in writing. Performs nursing care under the direction and supervision of a registered nurse, advanced practice registered nurse, or provider, consistent with the LPN scope of practice defined by the Minnesota Board of Nursing. Please note that only internal Lake Region Healthcare RNs will be considered for this position.

Requirements

Candidates must be a certified PCT, MA, or LPN with a current CPR certification and a high school diploma or nursing degree. Specific licensure is required for LPNs, including a current Minnesota LPN license.
