Description Exalt Health, an acute rehabilitation hospital, provides an intensive rehabilitation program, and admitted patients must be able to tolerate three hours of intense rehabilitation services per day. PRN Nights The Licensed Vocational/Practical Nurse, under the direction of a Registered Nurse, is responsible for providing nursing care, health teaching, and health counseling of assigned patients during a given shift. The LVN/LPN assures the delivery of care by assisting in the implementation of the interdisciplinary and nursing plan of care.
