Overview HealthPro Heritage has a great Full-time Physical Therapist opportunity at our beautiful long term care +behavioral health facility in Peoria, AZ.
Compensation Range: $48-$54 per hour DOE Schedule: 5 days- 8 hours OR 4- 10 hour days This campus is primarily a long-term care community serving residents with cognitive and behavioral health diagnoses.
The therapy caseload is largely Medicare Part B and focuses on maintaining function, maximizing independence, fall prevention, dementia care, and improving quality of life.

Patient Assessment: Evaluate patients' physical conditions, including mobility, strength, and flexibility. Treatment and Education: Provide therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and other treatments to enhance functionality and alleviate pain. Educate patients and families on exercises, posture, and body mechanics to aid recovery, prevent injuries, and offer guidance on home routines and lifestyle changes.
Maintain accurate records of evaluations, progress, and treatment plans, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.

Education: Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
Candidates must hold a degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution and possess a valid state license or be license eligible. Physical ability to lift patients and stand for extended periods is required.
