The Speech-Language Pathologist is responsible for conducting SLP evaluations and implementing therapy plans of care for elderly participants. This role involves coordinating with an interdisciplinary team and providing services across various settings, including clinics and residential facilities.
This is a part time (32 hours/week) position supporting our Tanasbourne site which services Washington county.
This position is responsible for Speech-Language Pathology(SLP) evaluations and implementation of the Speech Therapy plan of care in accordance with PACE policies. The Speech-Language Pathologist works with the Interdisciplinary Team and is responsible to communicate and coordinate with the IDT as well as multiple outside providers, caregivers and family members. The SLP functions independently and may see participants in multiple settings including the PACE center, participant homes, Adult Family Homes, Assisted Living Facilities and nursing homes.

Posted are the minimum and the maximum wage rates on the wage range for this position. The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.

Candidates must possess a Master's Degree in Speech/Language Pathology and a valid Oregon SLP License or Permit. BLS certification from the American Heart Association is required, with one year of geriatric experience preferred.
