The Senior Surgical Tech assists with complex cardiac procedures by maintaining a sterile field and managing specialized instruments. They also support the surgical team and mentor junior technicians to ensure high-quality patient outcomes.

Qualifications

Requirements

Candidates must be a graduate of an accredited Surgical Technology program with a current CST credential and BLS certification. A minimum of 2 years of recent experience, specifically in open heart or cardiac surgery, is required.
