The CNA assists patients with daily activities and monitors their conditions to report changes to the care team. They provide compassionate support to patients facing life-limiting illnesses and their families.

Qualifications

A heart to serve patients and families and a passion for providing the best possible care Education: Maintain state certification as a certified nursing assistant Experience: 1+ years of nursing assistant experience in a hospital or long-term care facility Required: Reliable transportation. Ability to sit, stand, bend, move intermittently and lift at least 80-100lbs and bear the weight of an average adult effectively. We’ve worked hard to build a caring culture of integrity, communication, diversity and positive experiences, and we’d love for you to join our team. *Pay is determined by years of experience and location.

Requirements

Candidates must maintain state certification as a certified nursing assistant and have at least one year of experience in a hospital or long-term care facility. Reliable transportation and the ability to lift 80-100lbs are required.
