We are seeking an experienced Surgical Dental Assistant (RDA) to join our growing team full-time, Monday-Friday! ✨Why You'll Love Working Here: We are a highly rated dental practice with a fantastic dentist who truly cares about his patients Our team is fast-paced, positive, and genuinely enjoys working together Competitive pay, great benefits and monthly bonus opportunities 🌟 Who You Are: A Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) with 1 or more years of experience working in oral surgery A team player that is reliable, detail oriented, and eager to learn and grow within a team Someone who is committed to providing exceptional patient care and desires to make a difference ______________________________________________________________________________________ 📆Schedule: Monday-Friday Monday, Wednesday, Thursday: 7:30am-5pm Tuesday: 7:30am-2pm Friday: 7:30am-1pm or 7:30am-2pm 💵Compensation: $22-$25/hr, plus monthly bonus opportunities based on performance ✅Benefits: We offer a robust benefits package which includes Medical, Dental, Vision, PTO, Paid Holidays, 401k matching, EAP, Short-Term Disability, Long-Term disability, and Life insurance. ______________________________________________________________________________________ 📍Responsibilities: Take diagnostic x-rays and dental impressions Collect consent forms for surgery and update patient health history Record patient vital signs and document in their chart Inform patients of pre-op and post-op instructions Set up the surgical suite according to the planned procedure Sterilize equipment and materials according to OSHA guidelines Assist surgeon with general anesthesia and IV sedation procedures 📌Requirements: Active Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) in the state of Texas Active CPR/ACLS/BLS Certification 1+ years of experience as a surgical dental assistant Must currently have or be willing to obtain certifications for IV placement and phlebotomy Accepting applications until August 31, 2026 or we find the right candidate Pay Range USD $22.00 - USD $25.00 /Hr.

Requirements

Candidates must be a Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) in Texas with at least one year of oral surgery experience and active CPR/ACLS/BLS certification. Willingness or certification in phlebotomy and IV placement is also required.
