Job Requirements Interested in starting a healthcare career with Spartanburg Regional Healthcare System?

We are offering an opportunity to attend and complete a 4-Week Course. After you complete the course and pass the state exam, you will have your CNA Certification! The course will begin on October 5th, 2026.

You will then commit to 1 year of full-time employment in the post-acute division at one of these locations: Spartanburg Hospital for Restorative Care Ellen Sagar Nursing Center Woodruff Manor (All are Spartanburg Regional Healthcare System locations.) You must have open availability (be willing to work any shift) and be willing to work at any location to be eligible for this program. What's included: Tuition Books Uniform Application and Exam for the SC Board Registry

Requirements

You must be at least 17 years of age You must submit to and pass Background Check You must submit to and pass a Health Assessment Screening (this includes a 2-step PPD test and drug testing) You must be able to speak, read, and write the English language You must be able to commit to full-time employment You must have open availability (be able to work any shift) You must be willing to work at either location (facility will be assigned based on need at the time you become an employee) You must be able to attend all classes and be available for ALL clinical hours You must sign a Reimbursement Agreement stating that if you do not complete the course and your 1 year work agreement, you will repay a pro-rated amount of the cost After successful completion of the CNA course, you will have the opportunity to sit for the CNA examination through the South Carolina Board Registry. We have a limited number of spots available and a lot of interest in the program, so candidates will be selected after review by the recruiter, the instructor, and hiring managers.
