Roadrunner Healthcare, a New Mexico nurse-owned and operated home health agency, is growing rapidly and expanding our team across multiple service areas. We are proud to provide compassionate, high-quality care to individuals throughout Albuquerque/Rio Rancho, Santa Fe, Española, and Los Lunas/Belen. We currently have a Admissions and Scheduling Coordinator position available in, Albuquerque NM. This will be for our private duty home care.
Responsible for coordination of care and managing the schedules of caregivers and patients within a private care setting.
This position will cover Santa Fe, Espanola and surrounding areas.
Ensuring that services are delivered efficiently and in alignment with client needs.
Work closely with families, healthcare professionals and caregivers to develop and maintain personalized care schedules.
Ensure that all shifts are adequately covered, and that caregivers have the necessary information and resources to provide high quality care.
Must be able to solve problems quickly and respond to any issues related to caregiver availability, patient needs or scheduling conflicts.
Must be able to work after hour shifts and weekends as needed. Perform duties as a caregiver and Home Health aide in the event of an emergency.
Assist with admission documentation for new patients and assist with hiring and training of new caregivers.
Must have reliable transportation.
Previous caregiving or healthcare experience preferred Strong communication skills and a compassionate, patient approach Basic understanding of health and safety guidelines Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting 50 lbs or assisting with mobility Dependable, punctual, and trustworthy CPR and First Aid certification preferred (or willingness to obtain) High school diploma or equivalent required Benefits offered:
