Lafayette 3920 Building 3920 St Francis Way Lafayette, Indiana 47905 The Maternal Fetal Medicine Ultrasound Technologist performs technical procedures to determine various diagnoses using ultrasound equipment to visualize portions of the human body for diagnostic purposes for obstetrical and gynecologic physicians to interpret. They adjust ultrasound equipment, process images, and update patient records to ensure accurate diagnoses and treatment. They work with various populations of patients, including geriatric, adult, adolescent, child, infant and newborn ages and assists with some high-risk patient situations.
