The Medical Laboratory Scientist provides professional clinical laboratory services, including testing, quality control, and instrument maintenance. They are responsible for implementing the clinic's mission and goals through testing management and professional consultation.
The Medical Technologist implements the clinic's mission, goals and objectives by exemplifying the short- and long-term vision, values, and goals of the department by providing professional clinical laboratory science services including the performance of clinical laboratory testing, proficiency testing, quality control, professional consultation, instrument maintenance and validation, testing validation, testing management and other functions toward the attainment of these goals.

Posted are the minimum and the maximum wage rates on the wage range for this position. The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. Requires a Bachelor's degree in clinical laboratory science or biological sciences and a national certification (ASCP, AMT, or similar). One year of clinical experience is preferred.
