Under the direction of a qualified physician and the supervision of the Lead Technologist and the Supervisor of Nuclear Medicine/SWMP Manager performs all nuclear medicine procedures, demonstrates anatomy under investigation through proper patient positioning, techniques selection, administration of radiopharmaceuticals, and application of immobilization and radiation protection devices in accordance to policy and procedure.

Posted are the minimum and the maximum wage rates on the wage range for this position. The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.

Must be a graduate of an AMA approved School of Nuclear Medicine with a national certification (NMTCB or ART). Requires a valid state license for Texas or New Mexico and BLS certification from the American Heart Association.
