We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Hospitalist Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our team full-time at Massena Hospital in Northern New York.
This is a permanent 7 on / 7 off day shift position with competitive compensation and strong work-life balance.
Position Highlights: Schedule: 7 on / 7 off (12-hour day shifts) Rate: $75–$80 per hour (W2) Annual Flex Expense Account: $25,000 (for benefits or PTO) Comprehensive Coverage: Malpractice and tail coverage provided Key Responsibilities: Perform patient evaluations, physical exams, and manage daily inpatient rounds Update and maintain accurate medical records and treatment documentation Collaborate closely with attending physicians and nursing staff to ensure continuity of care Provide care in a small, team-based hospital environment Suboxone certification preferred (training available if not current) ACLS certification and an active New York State license required Why Join Delphi: At Delphi Healthcare, you’ll be part of a team that values communication, collaboration, and clinical excellence.
