Minimum Requirements Advanced clinical license as a Nurse Practitioner Be over 18 years of age Possess a valid driver's license

Prescribes and manages medications.

Maintains professional boundaries and operates within ethical guidelines.
Knowledge of agency and community resources and referral processes.
Job Duties / Skills Required Provides clinic and community-based services as appropriate.
Provides effective, research-based recovery based services.
Establishes service plans and treatment goals based on accurate assessment and diagnosis.
Completes clinical documentation accurately and at the time of the services.
Fully utilizes approved electronic health record.
Collects data in the required format to comply with all funding sources, accreditation, or other regulatory agencies.
Coordinates referrals to other agencies and specialists as indicated by patient need.
Maintains a clear driving record in order to be able to drive company vehicles when necessary.
Attends weekly and/or monthly staff meetings.
May assist with clinical consultation, clinical review, or auditing of clinical records.
Provides direct clinical services at the advanced, independent practitioner level using approved interventions and completing necessary documentation to receive payment from insurance companies, Medicaid, Medicare, etc.
Supervises other staff as directed.
