Provide consistent, quality services to families using the Homebuilders Model, including crisis response and support 24/7. Maintain a caseload of two families and ensure accurate data entry into ECM and AWARDS systems.

Complete mandatory training series for Homebuilders Model. Participate in weekly supervision and consultation for Homebuilders Model. Schedule and maintain a flexible workweek to meet the needs of families, scheduled program meetings and documentation responsibilities. Receive referrals 24 hours a day, 7 days per week. Ensure family intake sessions occur within 24 hours of referral. Provide crisis response and support to families 24 hours a day, 7 days per week. Provide consistent, quality services while maintaining fidelity to the Homebuilders Model. Maintain contact with relevant stakeholders for each Homebuilders family. Promote the agency/program within the community. Meet guidelines for submission of notes into ECM and AWARDS electronic data systems.
