Job Duties / Skills Required Works as a member of a multidisciplinary team providing intensive services to people with severe and persistent behavioral health disorders. Helps peers build self-directed recovery tools, which include supporting peers in developing a Recovery Action Plan that has their recovery goals and specific steps to reach those goals. Accurately identifies risk and responds appropriately. Effectively teaches social skills and household management skills.
