We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Physical Therapist to provide pre-education, early post mobility training, and individualized rehabilitation for patients within a fast-paced surgical center. This role focuses on safe recovery, optimizes functional outcomes, and supports smooth transitions across the continuum of care. The therapist collaborates closely with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and nursing teams to deliver evidence-based, patient-centered care.

Provides skilled physical therapy services, staying updated on standard practices for different patient groups.
Conducts evaluations and treatments according to professional standards (APTA)
Patient Care
Deliver pre-surgical education, including expectations, exercises, and discharge planning
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with surgical protocols, clinical guidelines, and patient goals
Provide safe and effective postoperative mobility training and use of assistive devices
Monitor patient response to treatment and adjust interventions accordingly.
Maintain a calm, supportive presence for patients and families throughout recovery.
