This position is also responsible for patient safety protocols, maintaining all federal, state, local and regulatory agency requirements Participates in QI activities. Job Duties/Responsibilities: Receiving, relaying and documenting verbal, written and electronic orders in the patient’s medical record. Corroborating patient’s clinical history with procedure, ensuing information is documented and available for use by a licensed independent practitioner prior to patient arrival Applying principles of ALARA to minimize exposure to patient, self and others. Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree is preferred, but not required.
• One year of vascular imaging experience.
• Prefer specific experience and training in Vascular Ultrasound.
• Registered with the American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers, or eligible.
• Current BLS certification.
• Required to take call /standby in Ultrasound and for NNMC as needed.
